workin hard...

My boy turned 1 year old last week...so it's high time that he gets a job...right?

Milk aint cheap, and neither are diapers.  So we put him to work in the fields...

...but that wasn't really working out. 

He kept trying to eat the sticks and strike these GQ poses.  It weirded everyone else out.

So we decided that maybe he could make a living out of being really really ridiculously good looking...

we are in talks with Osh Kosh B'gosh right now for him to be their newest male model.

That's a lie.

But he's pretty cute right?

and then we have my daughter....she's just a mess all her own.
Lucky for her she's cute.
she doesn't have a job yet either but she does love rocks.
Anyone want to pay her to throw rocks up in the air?

one of these days i will actually set up another photo shoot...but until then, the snapshots keep me going.  We had a little pool party today for Xander's continuous bday celebration...

Tea Party

We found an old gift that Kenzie got when she was a baby today and decided that it was time to tear open the package and play tea party!  This tea set is teeny tiny but she loves it and has since been serving every 'friend' (stuffed animal or toy) tea.

1 thing....well ok maybe 4...

First...this was snapped on the way out of the woods after Mr. A;s photo shoot.  He kept asking what i saw...we said, nothing that a five year old would appreciate my boy :)

Secondly...while still in the woods we saw this baby bluebird.  His mom squaked at us the whole time but i couldn't resist snapping this pic...

thirdly...my baby boy is quite possibly the cutest thing in this world...



and fourth(ly?) my baby girl who is also the cutest thing in this world says HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

Mr. A

A certain little boy turned 5 this past month.  Mom and boy and I all headed out to a beautiful place on her family's property for him to have some fun and me to capture it.  It was all fun and games until I realized that the creek was full of leeches. There were also bugs all over me, I had to climb up and down steep hills with flip flops on, and there were random piles of cow poop.  Overall we still had a good time and hopefully I was able to freeze this moment of his childhood.
